Really unhappy with Ljhooker Townsville, found the door between the garage and house had self locked when I came home from work this afternoon. Rang my property manager at 4.45pm and asked if I could arrange to pick up a spare key. Was told I could get a key only if I was there by 5 o'clock. I explained it would take me 20 minutes to get to the city. Katie thoughtfully said, I can't ask anyone to stay back, you'll have to call a locksmith.

Bruce Slack-Smith was the real estate agent that managed the purchase of our first home through LJ Hooker Townsville. He was extremely helpful, friendly and great to work with. At no point did we feel pressured to buy, and we were given plenty of time to make our decisions. The process was made as painless as possible for us, and everything was explained to us in terms we could understand. The team at LJ Hooker were very helpful and efficient and were flexible enough to work with out busy schedules, often meeting us after hours and on weekends. We would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Townsville.
