We are very lucky to have Kyhra as our property manager. She managed our investment home in Townsville for 2 yrs at another agency then departed. We were able to locate her again at Harcourts after almost 6 months of poor management from our previous agency. We had maintenance jobs that were still waiting to be quoted on 3 months after being reported by the tenant, and Kyhra had these addressed the day she took management over. She helped us to ensure a very smooth transition from the previous agency, who were also being incredibly difficult. As soon as Harcourts collected the files and keys for our property Kyhra made sure to call the tenants, introduce herself and book a routine inspection which the previous agency also hadn't done. Any landlord that has her managing their investment is incredibly fortunate, and in the best of hands.
