Exceeded؜ my expectations. I found Stacy and the team at Belle Townsville so very helpful and professional. They took all the worry and fuss out of preparing my property for the rental market. I would never have thought I'd be giving a real estate agent a 5 star google review, but here we go. The business conduct with Belle Property exceeded all my expectations, based on a decade dealing with various real estate agents in Australia both as a renter and a property owner. She was super lovely, informative and worked so quickly to process my application to include me on the lease with my partner and made the stressfull moment in our life less stressfull! We had an excellent experience with Renee Stevens as our Property manager at Belle Property. We had a rather nightmarish experience with contractors through strata and Renee was a tremendous help in this stressful process and went the extra mile to ensure issues were rectified asap. She stood firm and always represented our and our tenants' interests. Thank you again for all your help!

This has to be one of the most professional outfits in real estate...period. Sean Breitkreutz sets his own benchmark, and no one else can follow him there. His honesty, openness and trustworthy nature makes him a unique guide in this tough and scary environment. I cannot recommend him highly enough....
Sean at Belle Property made the purchase process seamless for me, it was one of the easiest property transactions I have had to date. I am now using their services as Property Managers, as they also come highly recommended.
The absolute worst experience ever. Landlord and tenant here, please do your research and chose a more experienced agency. Our rental has had outstanding maintenance for over 119 days. We are unable to access main bedroom from the home, the door is stuck locked, we are unable to lock the external door in Townsville because it is our only access to our belongings. For 3.5 months we have been forced to try to respond to emergencies emergency services workersat 3am, by exiting the home in the dark and rain to the backyard, creeping around with a torch, unlocking gate padlocks running around to the front of the home and then accessing the garage to get in our vehicle in the pitch black, whilst waking the whole neighbourhood with dogs barking. Meanwhile, the door lock and handle was removed by another tradesperson, now it slams 24/7 ams damages the door frame and still can’t lock the home. It’s frightening to have to leave for work like this each day, but they refuse to act on logged outstanding maintenance. If this is your home, I’m sorry it’s being damaged by incompetence, and sorry I no longer report maintenance such as the PowerPoints that throw sparks etc. Also have monthly pool maintenance included in rent, but they haven’t turned up for four months either, unfortunate owner being taken advantage of. As a former licensee, I have never seen such disregard for completing their basic job descriptions. No, you don’t need details from a Google review to act on it, you have contact details that’s how you sent 46 requests for feedback and 17 entry notices. Maintenance is logged in your system…for 119 days Seriously, don’t recommend, a nightmare and will be breaking our lease.
