This was my experience: Signed up on line for a new phone that would arrive in 4 days. 1 week later, still no phone. Called them, they wouldn't speak with me because they couldn't verify my ID. They asked for me to upload my ID and then they would call back. Did that, another week passes, no call. Went through the online process again. After a week, I get a response in the mail saying that I failed the credit check with fine print saying that the results from the agency that did the check may not be accurate. They are not accurate, my credit is perfect. This was easily the worst customer experience I could possibly imagine. Will never waste my time again with this shocking company. If there was less than one star available, I would choose it.

Waited in the store (with an employee) for an hour and half for them to tell me they can't give me a phone plan. Won't be going back.

Their customer service is non existent when it comes to dealing with a faulty brand new phone. They must pool all the non hopers at this store. You're better off visiting any other Virgin store, even if it's out of your way. Helloooooo Telecommunications Ombudsman ☺

Sick of recharging every week only for my credit to dissapear within the week if this company dosent get there act together i will be looking for another service provider

Very happy with everything there. Ahmed did an amazing job in helping me upgrade my phone and post paid plan with Virgin Mobile. I so like my brand new iPhone SE. They also had the colour and plan that I wanted, and Ahmed explained all the terms clearly, and he even charged my new phone for me. He also swapped the SIM cards over, in preparation for selling my old iPhone in Melbourne. As a bonus he also gave me valuable tips on charging my battery - i.e. to not charge it overnight etc. Brilliant, highly recommended to either sign up for a new plan, or upgrade your current plan at this Virgin Mobile store.
