In Friday 24th Jan, 2020, I brought a beautiful dress on Sale at this shop. Not only am.I super happy with the dress, the overwhelming experience was around how helpful, engaged, and just happy to to make your shopping experience a pleasure were all of the shop staff. From finding me a dress in my size, helping me in the change room and steaming all.the wrinkle out of the dress before I purchased it. Well done.
I tried on many things but didn’t actually find something suits me, but the ladies here are so warm and sweet and I really like their vibe
Seriously appalling customer service on a very rainy day. Why would we buy a ‘reusable’ PLASTIC bag to jumble and crease new clothes. Much preferred the old cardboard reusable and recyclable bags. This bag change is only about Gorman cutting costs, not helping the environment.
Best Gorman store in all of Melbourne. The staff and Manager Maria are always so lovely and most attentive without being in your face. Wish all stores were like this.
