I commute by bicycle so when I tried to speak to the Lv staff at the Collins St store about keeping my bike some where safe they wouldn't even look at me. The security guard acted like I was homeless.

Chanel had no issues and watched my bike while their staff took me through their showroom. 
Bally let me bring my cycle into the store! And they got my money in the end.

Decent range, sometimes limited in stock. Staff are happy to help with finding items at other locations.

Worst shopping experience ever. Rude staff. Nothing luxury at all about this store, I felt like I was in kmart- lots (way to many people in the shop) of rude pushy  time wasting Asian customers pushing you around in the store and their screaming children running everywhere . Terrible service - completely ignored even despite my good appearance and height (wearing a suit and heels) and money to spend.  I walked over entire store trying to find assistance and looking lost for ten mins. I was so rudely treated by the surly counter girl when I showed her a photo on my phone and said 'I'd like to buy this bag please' I couldn't believe it. I've had better service from parking wardens. Felt like I was in a bargin outlet store not a high end shop. Will never shop here. Nothing like LV overseas.

Was served by a lovely young man called Mark a few times but it seems he is no longer there. With all other experiences, I did not find the staff had proper etiquette, the brand itself is five stars but the staff are tragic. This place is seriously one of the busiest LVstores I’ve been in and they are so understaffed. Why doesn’t the head office do something about this? People having to wait up to 1 hour just to be served.
What really got my attention was to see the tension between certain staff member’s body language.
Last time I’ll ever come again. There are better LV stores to get proper service.

Excellent customer service and was served the second we walked in. Second time buying a bag in store and purchased the Speedy 30 in monogram Bandouliere (first purchase was in Bondi Junction in Sydney) and service was better this time round. Shout out to my SA Chamu C! Chamu was friendly and accomodating, who was helpful with our queries and purchases. Highly recommend to visit this store.
