visited David Jones yesterday to explore a selection watched and jewellery, and I must say, Cathy was sooo amazing! She was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive throughout my time there. Cathy showed me several options and provided exceptional assistance, making the experience so enjoyable. Her outstanding customer service warmed my heart, and while I didn’t buy a watch this time, I am definitely planning to return soon. Cathy is lovely and very polite, and an asset to the company!
