I’d like to give a big shoutout to Shahriar at the David Jones store for his exceptional service!nEven though he was busy restocking shelves, he noticed I looked lost and came straight over to help. He went out of his way to retrieve the product I needed from downstairs, and patiently explained why certain retailers didn’t qualify for price matching — and even pointed out that the current 10% promotion made the David Jones price the better deal anyway.nWhen I opted for home delivery due to the item’s weight, he kindly gave me a heads-up about Australia Post sometimes leaving parcels at the post office even when someone’s home — a small but really helpful tip.nFriendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring — Shahriar is a real asset to the team.
