I just want to say thank you to Rob in the Joe Black men's suit department for the excellent service he provided me earlier today. I came into David Jones many years ago and swore I'd never come back after some horrible customer service. I'm glad I gave it another chance and was not disappointed this time. It will be the first place I think of if I'm going men's wear shopping again. Excellent work Rob and thank you again.

Looking for a premium leather mobile phone case only sold in David Jones. Online shopping data shows item available in Bourke Street store only. Went in store personally today to look for it but couldn't find it. 2 staff members attempted to locate item but failed despite the computer system showing it's available in store. Not happy. Thank god for creating eBay. Never again, David Jones.

Thank you SOOOO much to the young man working in the sunglasses department for his help today (17.11.17). He was able to get me the right pair of sunglasses when I was sent the wrong pair and in such a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. Wish I knew his name but seriously such a wonderful staff member! This type of service is what makes me want to keep coming back. Pat on the back mate! :D

Service is good on the ground floor, but as you go further up to the higher floors there is less staff and longer waiting.
