Was simply ok. Maybe I’m expecting more, but with an excellent location and their reputation for creativity, I was expecting more. It’s also quite small which I find hard to comprehend being a global brand. Not much variety on offer here also. I usually just come here to find sizing, and then order my Nike purchases via their website.
I was immensely disappointed with Nike Melbourne Emporium! The worst customer service ever! 1. There are more staff than customers, and they all have nothing to do and chat during the business hours, lack of the most basic brand expertise, unprofessional customer service. It took a long time to wait for the staff to pick up the shoes. 2. The new staff seemed to be on the board with no training, and when I checked out I found the pairs are not the same size. So I requested him to find a new pair of shoes in the correct size. He may face issue to find a new pairs and asked the person in charge of the store, I stood a little far away, couldn’t hear exactly their content of their communication. Taking quite a while, he finally came to me and handed me a pairs and said their are new pairs. I checked carefully, unfortunately, it is not new, there are stains on the soles, and there are wet water. He might wipe the shoes soles. I said it wasn't new and he didn't say anything. Later I asked him again if this is the last pair at the store. He said yes. It wasn’t happy at all though I paid it. The staff chose to deceive customers for the sake of sales performance. 3. Later, I decided to return the product on the same day, and the staff Austin noted on the receipt, his customer service was unprofessional and rude. I told him I changed my mind and needed to return it. He asked me reason, I said it wasn't the new pairs, it had stains on the shoes sole. I asked him help check whether other stores have brand new shoes in stock. He raised his voice and replied, he can check the inventory of other stores, but they are not totally brand new. If you want brand new and no one try it on, it is better shop at Nike online store. After that, he handed me the receipt very impatiently, and quickly served the next customer with an unhappy face, without asking me anything. I didn’t want to waste my time to ask him any more questions and left angrily.
Customer service is excellent. The girl working on the fitting room and the one that served me at the till tonight we’re so helpful and nice. The girl at the till introduced herself which was really human and less transactional, about the sale. Love to see it.
Guy was helpful with sorting some runners but that was it. Woman who served me at the counter who’d earlier been roaming the store when I was browsing for what I needed without even the slightest acknowledgment was merely there to take my payment: not friendly, disengaged and kinda rude. Walked out shaking my head. Seldom do I leave reviews but that experience is enough for me to go elsewhere next time. Do better, it’s not hard!
Probably the best customer service I've received!! I had to write a review!!! Was so refereshing to walk into a store with such a good vibe and workers buzzing around willing to help everyone. Was greeted with so many warm and friendly smiles. Was served by Kiki. She was so lovely and friendly - really helpful and insightful, knew so much about the product I was asking about and was just overall amazing to converse with. She really cared for my needs, let me try on whatever I liked and made me feel so confident in my choices! It really made me feel like I was having a one on one VIP experience. Also got a great discount on my new blazers when I signed up to the Nike app really appreciated her doing that for me! Thank you for being so attentive and accommodating. Definitely coming back!!!!!
5 stars go all the way to the staff, Adam who helped my friends and I with selecting the right running shoes. He answered all the questions that we had & recommended us several different types of shoes. What a pleasant shopping experience!
I was in here today unintentionally looking to buy anything, but was generously welcomed and greeted by all staff members, one in particular who was extremely helpful - I believe her name was Kiki. She was beyond kind and very genuine, her product knowledge is amazing, as I come from a retail background myself. Her team and staffs were all extremely great, helpful and authentic. Nothing I can fault at all, and I ended up leaving with some sneakers, the whole atmosphere in there that store today felt really genuine and very caring to all customers, not just myself. Would highly recommend 10/1000000. Thank you once again, Kiki!
Staffs were very nice and helpful. Quick to attend your search for shoes and fast to recognise the issues and offer advises for sizing. I've enjoyed being there.
Just "WOW" it! - If you want "real" service - ask for Kiki - she was an absolute legend! Great product knowledge, great customer service and made me feel absolutely comfortable to try and explore different products. There is now one product that I can not get off my mind thanks to Kiki - I did not even think of wanting to purchase these, until she recommended me them and was even kind enough to allow me to test them on the treadmill. Thank you soo much! I really did appreciate your hard work and dedication to make me find what I was looking for, without even me knowing it. I will be coming back "after lockdown" to purchase these. Kiki you are a gem! Thank you!
Visited the store to try on runners, was served by Kat who went over and above to assist with sizing. Although the exact shoe I wanted was online and I couldn’t purchase in store, Kat provided more assistance then I’ve ever had before with trying shoes on.
