Extremely robust and great for travelling, organising and living, I am a happy owner of several Crumpler bags. Had an issue with a Dry Red No. 5 after a couple of years and the lifetime warranty is everything it is reputed to be -- you can safely fork out your hard-earned knowing that you are buying a bag to last. Jen at head office is extremely helpful and professional and promptly handles repair and replacement issues. As Crumpler say, their bags are so well made that repairs are "Rarer than a magenta unicorn but more frequent than Haley’s Comet". Many thanks for your assistance!

You can never go past a Crumpler Bag to be honest the quality is there for life, the quality is there for ever and it's the best money you can invest on. the customer service here is excellent what more do you want from the little bourke store?

Awesome place! They have the best bags in the world!!! Brought two of them, still going strong!! Would recommend if you are after a bag that will last you a life time
