I have bought 2 guitars from Coleman's and just pulled the trigger on a Heritage Custom Core H150 - and absolute dream of a guitar. Tim and Luke were absolutely fantastic. Sent many photos and answered every question really quickly. They shipped the guitar very quickly too - I had the guitar less then 24 hours after shipping was confirmed. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Their customer service is top notch. Thanks guys
Friendly service and nice aesthetic Great customer service from Matt, very knowledgeable and patient. The other staff were lovely too. I love the acoustic room where I was able to test play the Baby Taylor Guitar. I ended up buying it and am very happy with my purchase.
Kind and helpful staff : I love most guitar stores because they're my happy place but this one will always stick out. I needed to get my bridge saddle fixed on my acoustic and it plays absolutely beautifully. In the past they have also strung my guitar on the spot. 10/10 experience. Also they have really pretty guitars there that you may want to buy on the spot
Good store and friendly staff but the stock is pretty average. Constantly out of basic gear. Kinda disappointing as it is the only guitar shop in the city. Not a bad shop but you'll have a better chance at getting what you need with a more established store.
Went in the other day . 2 young guys working and they were just excellent guys. Friendly engaging no pressure to buy stuff .. my new favourite shop . I want to buy a guitar just to say thanks for being cool . Great shop with a really nice selection of guitars basses and amps . Nice one fellas .
Love Coleman’s, bought a few guitars and some recording equipment there. Great people, friendly non-pushy sales team, and they usually either do me a deal or throw something in for free! They imported a guitar for me and did a price match, which they beat.
I came in on a whim to try and pick up guitar again after learning as a kid. Travis was wonderful and helped me find guitar books that I was interested in, as well as a music theory book appropriate for me, and even got some books zoomed over from another store in less than a business day! All the staff were super lovely and the store is beautiful and well-organised.
Best place to buy a guitar or any musical instrument in Melbourne. Not only they gave you a good deal but also quality sound. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to buy guitar to visit this music shop first.
Walked in and honestly felt so welcomed by each staff members! I loved how friendly and outgoing they were. I have social anxiety and with my voice being lost at the same time, I felt as if I never had social anxiety. I highly suggest coming to this music store to buy either my instruments or anything that I need in future. Distance doesn’t matter to me, service does.
Fantastic job. I brought my fender stratocaster to Ayden to add a led killswitch and and a toggle switch for Gilmour mod. The result is just perfect! I am very happy with it and hopefuly it will give you some ideas. Ask Ayden to do it on your guitar to take it to the next level! Thank you so much!
