Worst customer service experience after Boxing Day. This has beautiful product and always amazing window displays however on this day I went into the store searching for a particular size in Mens shorts which was difficult as the stroe was trashed, understandably it was post boxing day. After standing at the mens pj section for at least 15 minutes I looked for a staff member - one head down at the counter the entire time so I asked a floor staff member for sizes in styles. Her reply and body language was help yourself. I actually said "so do I just rummage through everything myself?" she nodded I said "so you can't help me then?" she gave me a look and walked away. I work in retail, it's not difficult to check your stock on the computer for sizes. If you're not doing your job, what are you doing?
