Amazing place and staff. We bought my daughter, my son and my niece shoes  here and the staff were very patient in assisting us with questions and requests. That's why we get all our nike needs here. Just in front of the tram station!

I was in Nike Melbourne Central this week with my blind sister and was served by Kobe. Kobe was exceptional. He understood the situation and was very patient and welcoming. His product knowledge was top level and provided us with lots of information and options. My sister and I left feeling very satisfied. Never has she received such amazing customer service. Well done Kobe we will be coming back to see you!

Very Good staff and also special thanks to Mattew  Assistant Store Manager he was so friendly and kind hearted and talked nicely and supported in choosing the shoe. Really appreciate his behaviour. Will always visit this store due to his impact that was created by his kindness.

I just arrived 5 minutes ago and I have to say never have I ever received such a terrible service from a sale assistant. I didn’t grab her name for referrence and I believed its pretty hard for her to continue serving other customers with her name leaked here. All I can remember was her black hair, might not be a local or something, red nose and pretty skinny. And she served me at 3 sharp! Her attitude was passively rude and unacceptable, she barely served me meanwhile I’m pretty open to her, when she grabbed me a pair with a discriminating and doomy face while her other team members has been doing so great with their customers. I’m trying on and browsing to buy a birthday gift for me and my brother, just not purchasing today but possibly tomorrow or sth, but I’m for real a Nike patron and have bought plenty of jordan here? She has been acted like I have no money at all and she even converted US7.5 to EU36 when I gave her a shoe to check if it was in my size or bigger I’m US7.5 sharp? I swear I never give any bad reviews on Google at all, but I have such a long day at work today and she even made it worse. I used to do retail before for H&M and it is even busier than Nike not just roaming around and taking shoes in and out easily like her tasks but I never expressed such attitudes towards my customers, even the rudest one! Nike head office must take care of their human resources before they drag down your own business. What a bad day!

Thanks to Lachlan today for fantastic service, he was doing great job engaging with everyone browsing whilst attending to customers that were fitting shoes. He knew his stuff. I was impressed.

Ordered a pair of Nike Air Zoom BB NXT in US 13 from the online store but then was told the stock was unavailable. Then emailed the Retail Prodigy Group's support email and was served by a lady called Katrina Triandos and she was super helpful and was able to secure me a pair of Nike Air Zoom BB NXT in US 13 from there Perth store. She went extra mile and turned a complaint into a great customer experience, thank you very much Kat!!!

i had a great experience with a staff member by the name of Jake i believe who's product knowledge was outstanding and it allowed me to buy the correct pair of shoes that suited me. i will definitely by coming back to see Jake thanks so much :
