Nice and helpful staff. I like the quality clothes from this store, located in the shopping center, the prices are modest but I bought a watch for my boy. Very satisfied.
Went into the shop to buy a bag and found a nice one. Unfortunately the bag was in the top shelf, so I asked the girl in the shop to help me. She was really annoyed already of a customer being in the shop and told me to pick another one in the lower shelf different bag / size / colour. Then she went to the counter started playing with her phone. I went into another shop and came back to buy the bag and she told me that she already closed the register 6:40pm, shop closed at 7pm. I should come back next day. Never experienced such a bad customer service.
Always been a pleasure dealing with the manager and staff at this store. They are all so friendly and extremely understanding if a bag is faulty and needs replacing. Because of this I continue to go back to mr simple when I need new clothing.
Mr Simple are definitely the bees knees / the ants pants which ever you'd prefer. Love their clothing, such good quality at decent prices + the gents in MC store have good chat and are helpful :
Employee in the shop wasn’t interested at all in helping out and even after deciding to buy something they closed the register already 30 mins before closing the whole shop. So the girl told me to come back again the next day, if I want to buy something. First and last time, thanks!
