Lady on the counter today was so rude and unfriendly. The shoe that I wanted was unavailable in the size that I wanted, so I asked the lady if it is available in another store. She replied with "didn't I already tell you where they're available at? they're only available at interstate and no you can't deliver it to the store" I asked if they were available online still? to which she replied "well duh I just told you it's available inter state so they'll ship it from another state" :/ literally put me off buying the shoes cause the lady clearly didn't want me there
The lady was very rude. She didn't say hi to me till that I said hi to her and her hi was very rude. Lady was up herself and it doesn't seem something new if we read the previous comments. I strongly don't recommend this store!!! To Tony Bianco owner: you don't need to reply me by being sorry. This issue is not new and even with the clients' comments, the problem is always current. You have to resolve this issue with the employee concerned.

Ordered shoes as a Christmas present at 11am Thursday....arrived in Auckland NZ Friday @ 9am. Couldn't ask for better online delivery service
Tony Bianco always have the most beautiful shoes! But they only cater for people with narrow feet, I must of tried on about 10 pairs of shoes and every single one was not wide enough! The issue with the store is the staff are so stuck up and turn their noses up at you, as if they are better than you! The manager was so arrogant and unhelpful, I had to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit and their return policy is if that items gone in the sale you can’t refund, however not a single shoe would fit me! I said can you just refund me because none of your shoes fit so il never be able to use a credit in here! She was like no, nothing I can do being really arrogant with the way she was speaking! Then when she went to do the refund she was like oh well you’ve paid via afterpay so I have no option to refund you do I. Sign here.... no thank you no manners! Would never step foot in another one of their stores again!
Terrible service.. shoes are nice but there is little to no help from the girls in store who are up themselves. Will not be returning to this particular Tony Bianco again.
I went there yesterday and James helped me. He was lovely. I just had a little problem with my shoes I called up the store and they provided me with a solution without any hassle. Been wearing this brand for 5 years now and love it
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Sandra who helped me pick out a pair of heels there. she has been super wonderful and honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thank you for your hard work and efforts literally appreciate it so much!
Terrible service. I went in, tried on some shoes. No one came to see if I needed help. Another customer came in as was only browsing and immediately got asked for help. Whilst I was sitting and trying on a shoe s. So I left. Love this brand and buy a pair every season. Pretty poor reflection of such a great product.
