I've been going to Emily for the last few years and she is a perfectionist which I love. She really knows her hair and products, has great vibe, and so does the rest of the team. This store is tucked away on Level 1 of the women's store of David Jones, but it's very clean and professional. Can't imagine going anywhere else and will keep recommending to others!
Best experience. Service was great. I first met the trainee and she was lovely. I got a nice relaxation massage on my shoulders and head. I love my haircut and I will definitely come back. Any negative feedback for here are from people who have nothing better todo with their life than complain. Another customer was there when i arrived. She loved her hair too and had a great experience. I recommend this salon
I am absolutely delighted with my hair since I started coming to Zucci. Wendy did an amazing job of the cut and the colour, one of the best cuts I've ever had. Wendy listenes intently and interprets what you want. We talked through my hair issue and she described how she would cut the hair on this occasion and then how she'd approach it on future visits. All the staff are attentive and I look forward to future visits. Thanks Wendy. Great job
I have no idea what the lady with an issue below is talking about to be honest- I have just had the most amazing wash and blow dry, massage and herbal tea at this salon. All staff delightful from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. I had the "apprentice" who was more capable than the majority of senior stylists at other salons, and had a beautiful colour, extended scalp massage, paid an excellent rate and had a brilliant blow dry! Highly recommend!
I see Bianca for a curly hair cut which always looks fantastic. She is the best! Always discusses what your hair needs are, how your haircut has fared over the past weeks and what you liked/disliked and also hair condition. This is discussed BEFORE cutting, which means you get what you ask for afterwards! The staff is friendly and like a good chat, which is nice too. However, most times, if one of the other girls dries my hair, it ends up frizzy and inflated! If Bianca does dry my hair, it is perfect, I suppose it helps she has curls too!
Love this salon, beautiful service and lovely Aveda products! Bianca and her team are AMAZING! Fabulous consistant service, I always leave super happy. Unfortuantley I only get a chance to visit a few times a year for a cut, as life is a bit busy, but Bianca does such a wonderful job my hair grows out flawlessly unitl my next visit. I can't reccomend this place enough. Also if you are looking for Aveda products I reccomend trying them out, the staff are super knowledgeable and will educate you on the right products for your hair and lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend this place. The cut I walked away with was terrible. The girl I had seemed great during the consult but was pretty quiet when cutting my hair and even after saying that I didn’t like the way it was sitting, she pretty much kept going without making suggestions on how to make it better. The blow wave was not good either. I have curly hair and left with a frizzy mumish bob which on top of the terrible cut was really upsetting for me. The salon itself is pretty nice. You get a lovely neck/ head massage when you first walk in and the wash was great.
Had a trim, scalp massage, and hair treatment with Emily who was such a darling and explained everything to me throughout the process. Would deffos recommend for the massage alone and lovely smells lol! Thanks again for also treating my hair so well. Very happy :'
I had an amazing facial with Lauren the Spa Therapist a couple weeks ago and would highly recommend. Although I kept falling asleep it goes to show how relaxing it was. My skin looks and feels amazing and my Aveda Skincare I purchased after have done wonders for keeping my results outstanding. They have bookings available for every 2nd Saturday up on Level 3 in the Rose Clinic
