I thought Pilgrim was a very expensive brand.  I mainly ordered two dresses. but the quality is pathetic.they packed it as if somebody taken off the dresses and crushed it.  I also feel that those dresses are not original.  Which I saw last time in myer.

The worst online experience I've ever had. I haven't expected from such an expensive brand. I ordered a trench coat and it is such a bad quality, material is so thin so won't be fit for spring/autumn seasons. Plus you can see that material will be easily creased after wearing. Also such a bad fit so tight at the top and loose at the bottom. The price is quite expensive for trench coat even after 24% off. So after not being happy with the quality and fit, they can offer only a credit. But they do not offer any other trench coats to choose from and have only dresses which I do not have any intention to buy. So disappointing, just lost $170 for nothing. I nether need a credit or that coat. You better learn by heart their Terms and Conditions, as they will send you screenshots from those. Hope it will help someone from doing the same mistake I've done.
