I am in Melbourne and recently purchased few Jigsaw products online from the Australian Jigsaw website. The delivery and dispatching takes forever,but there is a bigger problem - returning the items! I dont want to do it online as it takes forever and in a meantime I have to pay interest on the cc. Thus I wanted return them to a store, but guess what there NONE in Melbourne that I can do it, the only store is closed now and phone is disconnected, all other phone numbers given for customer service are not working though invite you to leave a message but nobody ever gets back to you!!! I mean for the prices Jigsaw sell their products this is just outrageous. Now all I can think of as to how I can get my money back. I will most definitely not buy anything online fro Jigsaw in a future, company makes it impossible to trust the online process. It is almost like Jigsaw doesn't exist in reality. Terrible experience, just terrible!

Ordered one item with free return. Surprised to know only can get $80 back while I paid $128 for the jumper.
