Excellent clean really nice helpfull staff. Went out of there way to get me into a room early. I was coming from night duty. Staying tonight. Very welcoming. I would stay again. Parking good. Nice environment.

The 4 star rating is a joke. A few points: - old bathrooms - dirty and STICKY TV remove (blah!) - room not clean, especially in the corners - dirty pool - sticky, rusty equipment at the gym - simply dirty not looked after gym equipment - no AC at the gym, much hotter indoors than outdoors (during 30C day!) I will not be coming back. There are better places to stay within the same budget.

A fine hotel located 10min tram away from CBD. I had 3 nights, and all staff were very friendly and havent had any issues. I gave 4 stars only because the bed in my room felt very cheap and uncomfortable. But it comes with the price. I highly recommend this place for any travelers.

A bit dated. No room service or restaurant available Fri and Sat nights. Some noise (pipes) through night.

I called to enquire about rooms availability; extremely poor customer service, person who attend call was very rude. I wish i can give -ve 5 stars
