The V1 cyclery was an awesome experience. They took my bike in after a woeful experience at the 99, and helped me replace some tricky parts. Zac was super friendly, knowledgeable and identified some other maintenance my bike needed. After the work was complete, my bike felt like it did when it was brand new! Thanks for the great work V1. My  bike  bottom  bracket  died whist  halfway  through  a 200km  ride. They  welcomed  me  in and  made  me  feel as if I was the only  customer  that  mattered even though they  had  never  met  me  before.  They  fixed  it on the spot and I finished the ride. It now  works  perfectly . Top  marks  for  the high  level of bike mechanic  skills but what  impressed  me  most was  the  kindness  and  caring friendly  attitude. Many thanks  indeed.

Zach and Steve are helpful, friendly and listen to the customer’s needs. I use my bike every day for commuting, and have always had my bike serviced at V1 Cyclery. I have been very happy dealing with Zach and Steve, as they ensure I leave with a bike in tip top shape every time. So great to have a local friendly bike shop!

V1 Cyclery is fantastic! Zac was welcoming and knowledgeable. He was great listening to my questions and concerns and my triathlon bike rides beautifully now. He also showed me a few bike maintenance/pre-race tips. You won’t find a better bike shop! Thanks Zac I appreciate everything!

I went in to get a quote on a servicing a Bike I'd recently purchased online, and I spoke with Zac. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, up front and honest, and was happy to have a look at the Bike, chat with me and give me some advice. You can tell he is passionate about what he does, he's a straight up bloke and I will definitely be going back there for any work I may need in future.

Best shop I’ve dealt with in Australia. Worth the drive to Brisbane from the Gold Coast. Steven and Zach are absolute legends. Unparalleled customer service and friendliness. Thanks for your help with my new Cannondale System Six!

V1 Cyclery is the bike shop that you didn't realise you needed in your life. I went somewhere else for years, and then realised that Zac and Steve have a level of knowledge and experience unrivalled in our local area. They're always more than willing to help in whatever way they can and talk about what you're up to, whether you're a local hack or an international pro - on road, triathlon, gravel or trail. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Nice Guys, always are polite and pleasant, though every time I pickup my bike from service its covered in greasy hand prints. Would be great if the team could pay a bit more attention to detail.
