Excellent customer service experience from Elle who both knew her stuff and was super nice on top. Highly recommended and the best experience at a 99 bikes that I have had. Will be back when I need some more gear.
We are very happy with our new bikes! Great fun for all family! We received an outstanding advice and service from Franck. Then we had to come back and change daughter’s bike to a bigger size. Frank was super patient and helpful.
What an amazing experience! The owner served us when buying a bike here. He showed us many options, well within our price range, helped us install a basket, baby seat and water bottle holder. When we got the bike home, it was too big for the rider. We took it back and without hesitation, he changed it over to a smaller size and reinstalled all the accessories. Really pleasant experience. Thank you for making the process for all of us so wonderful. Our 2 year old is now loving it!
