Great Service, Not to mention the friendly staff and great advice on which bike I should get! They have a great selection of bikes and they assemble them quickly and there is no extra cost. Very happy customer.

On Tuesday I took my road bike into RT Cycles as it needed two new tyres, they did the job ok & off I went. 
The next day after a 31k ride ride I noticed the rear tyre had a bubble & split on the side wall. 
I returned to RT Cycles with the bike & the boys informed me that it wasn't a faulty tire as it had been cut from the outside which I accepted.
Fred then informed me that he would supply & fit a new tyre for half price.
I would like to thank Fred and the boys for their great customer service & I will always recommend RT Cycles.

Friendly and helpful staff. Staff very knowledgeable. Recommended if you would just like a service or a new bike.

Just upgraded to a new bike and the guys at RT Cycles were brilliant, we spent a fair bit of time going through what I was looking for and were very patient as I asked loads of questions until we got the right bike for me. Cannot recommend them high enough.

I went in for a sticky beak one quiet morning and the owner gave me 25 minutes of his time providing advice on both road and MTB. I didn't buy anything but he was exceptionally helpful. Drool-worthy range of Cervelos and German made Kalkhoff and Focus! Wish I lived closer!
