Wonderful Service. Took daughter's bike in for a new tube and the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that the bike was safe (checked and altered brakes). Thanks for going the extra mile. Great customer service. Thank you!

99 Bikes Capalaba really know the meaning of customer service! Immediately on entering the store my wife and I were warmly greeted by Joe. Joe then proceeded by enquiring to what exactly our needs were in a bike. After listening closely He then made spot on recommendations to meet those needs, the two bikes Joe suggested were the two bikes we left the store with. He also assisted with the correct helmet selection and other accessories we enquired about. There were no high pressure tactics and we were made to feel comfortable and valued. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of FANTASTIC. We also had brief interaction with two other members of the staff and they also were very helpful and welcoming. I have no hesitation in highly recommending 99 Bikes Capalaba! Definitely 5 STARS! A BIG THANK YOU to Joe! He really knows His stuff! Sincerely, Brett.

Mark went above and beyond in servicing my husband's bike. He could easily rescheduled the service but instead worked back for over two hours just to get the job done. Further the service he completed was exceptional. It is rare to find someone who will do extra work without being asked, hence Mark is highly recommended for anyone wanting a superior bike service. This is the second service that Mark has completed for my husband in the last two years and I expect he will be doing many more in the future.
