Excellent advice and service from Troy. We walked in yesterday with little knowledge of the bike we wanted to purchase but Troy was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining all of the differences. After considering the advice we received from Troy overnight, we returned today and were able to test ride a couple of the bikes that we were interested in before making our purchase. We didn't bother looking anywhere else because we felt confident we had made the right purchase thanks to all the information Troy was able to give us. You don't get that with online purchases! Thanks Troy!
our child needed the next size up bike, great service, staff are knowledgable, capable and helpful. Plus the first service was included in the price, it's great I can book the service online, the workshop is always busy but staff take the time to go through any issues.
Recently moved over from the UK, we hadn't brought any bike gear with us. Tanya did an amazing job working out what types of bikes would work out best for us based on the rides we are looking to do, and helped us out on a deal for our multiple item purchase. Really appreciate the time she spent with us going through it, and the rest of the team here were equally as friendly and helpful. Will defo be purchasing from here again!
Great experience today, staff were super helpful and very well informed. We especially appreciated their patience as we took a long time making decisions on which bike and accessories were the right match for us.
Appalling customer service. Awful and demeaning behaviour for not knowing much about bikes at the time of purchase. Staff looked stressed and flustered at the time of collection too. The bikes were not even ready for collection even after a text has been sent for the pick up. I was told that they were under staffed. Please look into hiring pleasant staff, who at least have a smile on, and are not annoyed when a customer enters the store. Something's not right!!
