We went to Pet Barn on Saturday 9/5 to get help with feeding our new Daschund. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even the trainee was able to give us good advice about the dietary requirements of our pup, which we were happy to purchase at Pet Barn. We also received a puppy pack, which is such a generous and thoughtful idea. We are members of Pet Barn and we are more than happy to continue to shop there for our pet’s needs. We have two dogs. One old and one young. A big thank you to the lovely staff at Capalaba Pet Barn.
10/10 for service, friendly hard working guys and girls, the store is always clean and welcoming. Well stocked and laid out. Highly recommend Petbarn Capalaba
My family and I ended up adopting a cat from here. Her name was sky since changed to Billie. She is the most beautiful kitten, she always wants attention and will follow you everywhere. That includes into the shower and bathroom with you. The customer service is incredible here. All staff were friendly and helpful. She has now got a place to sit and bath in the sun. 10/10 experience
I was served by a really caring young man who obviously loved dogs. Our timid Labby X Staffy rescue boy prefers men for some reason & this lovely person fitted him with his new Halti in such a caring manner making him feel comfortable & safe. Most dogs hate them at first but all's well with our boy now. Thank you, we'll be back.
Such a great store! Good layout with dogs on one side, cats on the other and the treats right at the front of the store to grab and go or bring your pup in and let them choose. Fantastic dog bath facilities, 2x enclosed hydro bath areas. I was only in for about 10min having grabbing treats and shampoo but there were so many dogs, it was great! Downside is if your dog isn't a dog dog, maybe leave them at home to shop.
