After numerous visits here I will no longer be going back, staff untrained to carry out the jobs they are employed to do.  Bought some fish, took the young lady far to long 25 mins - 6 fish from same tank to catch, bag and tie them to the point the fish were distressed, the lady being served before me was also getting upset while her new fish were also being butchered.  I spoke to the gent about my concerns with regards to me experience and he said that we would report the incident.  One week on and all 6 new fish are now dead, lucky my other fish are all good, I have tested my water and levels are all good

Everything for Pets! For the new rescue cat owner like myself,  I was able to get ideas , prices and information on a huge range of cat items from food, toys, beds, books  medications etc. Also stuff for dogs, birds and other domestic pets. Prices seem comparable to online and specials throughout the store. Range of fresh and bulk frozen foods. They don't call it a barn for nothing! Easy parking right outside door and on main drag through Capalaba.

I will no longer be coming back the price of the super coat went up $25 overnight and they could only say say that the ingredients has changed yet no one else that sells super coat has raised their prices when we asked the staff what ingredients had changed we got a shoulder shrug. Not good enough

Always a pleasure to come into the store. Super helpful staff who are always willing to have a chat or help me carry my goods to my car. Evie loves the treats too.

I visit this branch on a regular basis. I have 2 fishtanks and they have everything I need to satisfy me. The quality of the products and fish are good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make the experience pleasant.

Great store for everyday pet needs and services. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We also enrolled our puppy in puppy school here and found the course very affordable and the trainer we had was amazing! Definitely worth the money. We highly recommend this store!

There were some stock shortages in my preferred brand of cat food, but with the help from the staff, I was able to find a suitable alternative.  I also picked up some extra supplies for my cat who had just come home from the vet.  I picked up some worming tablets, disposable cat litter tray, some specialist dry cat food 4kg, a pack of 12 pouches of specialist wet cat food half price, and a slicker brush for his fur. This cane to around $160, which will feed my two cats while supporting their dietary needs for a couple of months.  My service attendant restarted my frequent feeder program, and also threw in some cat treats free of charge.  Super friendly staff, and very helpful!

Taylah always takes my ginormous puppy for a spin round the shop so I can concentrate on my shopping. All the staff @ Cap PB are calm & friendly wich makes for great cust' service. Store tidy & dog water clean.

The place to go for items for your pet. Good specials on food.
