A good place to get stuff when on sale - just pay attention to your catalogues for the start and finish dates. Anybody griping about service - that's the vagaries of retail for you. If you've never worked in the industry, you won't really get it. I've been served by the "heavily tattooed lady" a few times, and she is both competent and efficient. In my books, that's the most important thing. Minus a point because they don't stock wool fabrics - get in some well-priced twill, and you'll make the historical re-enactment crowd very happy :)

Service was appalling. Went to buy a sewing machine and absolutely no help whatsoever. The only person in the shop who knew anything about them couldn't be bothered to even talk to me. Will never go here again!!!!!!

Shocking service this day, under staffed and very busy. Clearly the heavily tattooed red headed woman hates her job, the way she constatnly rolled her eyes and snarled at her customers.( not a smile to be seen ) I think she would be more suited serving beers in a bikers bar. She seemed to want to intimidate. It looked to me as she could not handle the busy morning so she took out her frustrations on the people standing in front of her.Who knows the rest of the staff may nice. She should be sacked.
