I have never been to this store before, and I have never done a click and collect. I didn't realize I had to wait to be notified it had been packed..whoops. I turned up early, it hadn't been packed, but the young guy sorry didn't get his name helped me out without hesitation.nIt was not a big order, only cheap, but he treated it like it was the most important order of the day.nAbsolute star service.nSo friendly and helpful, even though they were busy.nThank you.
I had the honour of meeting a very charming young man ,Zack. I cannot express how much I appreciate his help, his patience as well as his knowledge about what I was looking for, I had brought a mattress topper an they bag it came in had no handle for me to carry, Zack was so kind to carry it to the checkout for me an Zack said he would carry it to my car for me. I cannot express the gratitude for Zack an his behaviour today, this young man’s parents should be so proud of him, thank you again Zack
I had difficulty finding some items advertised on sale. However, a lovely lady working in the fabrics section helped me find the Venetian blinds I was looking for. She also gave some helpful hints on how to shorten them. It was much appreciated.
A very large space full of fabrics, craft, homeware and even a party section. Everything you need for all rooms in the home. From the kitchen, to dining, living and bedrooms, you'll find it there. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are good and there are always specials to be had. To take advantage of them on the more pricey items make sure you've got a Spotlight VIP Club card. There's heaps of parking.
Lovely staff, great range of fabrics, lots of project books to browse through, plenty of parking. My go to place when I need anything for my quilting needs!
