We had a very old kitchen and it needed a total makeover. On a recommendation from a friend we contacted Exclusiv. Armed with our wish list we visited Exclusiv Kitchens Capalaba and over several discussions and design alternatives we settled on our present kitchen. We were able to bring home samples of the the splash back,the bench tops and the the drawer and cupboards and we were never pushed during this process. Being able to see several versions of our finished product generated by their computer programme was totally helpful as we made our decisions. Demolition and install was like clockwork and its was no easy task for the experts as we have a steel framed house. With very little disruption our ugly duckling turned into a beautiful swan. We now have a modern very useable kitchen that we love . The quality provided the helpful patient service we received made what could have been a stressful process seamless.If you are renovating or building we would recommend Exclusiv they were a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic company with outstanding customer service! I would recommend Exclusiv Kitchens to anyone. Ed and Toni were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was stress-free and enjoyable. My kitchen looks like something out of a showroom; it is of such high quality and designed so well. Friends and family all comment on my amazing kitchen and want to know which company I used. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and appearance of the kitchen, the incredibly affordable price and the amazing, hard-working and dedicated staff. Thank you so much Exclusiv Kitchens. I will be using you again!

WOW.. the service was fast accurate polite and friendly. All of our requests and many changes were dealt with quickly and without it becoming a hassle. It is not often you find a business that goes out of their way to meet a clients needs, Ed met us after hours at times that suited us both at our place and in the showroom. As ours was an insurance claim Ed and Toni accommodated payment plans, allowed us to use our own trades or theirs and there was full disclosure of pricing down to each hinge!! Better pricing than everyone else and completed faster. The end result is a stunning kitchen and a happy wife! and kids that cant slam draws shut! The new kitchen has more than doubled its investment and has become the highlight of our home. My only concern is that now Mrs Toms wants the rest of the house updated aswell!!! The workmanship from Tim (installer) was precise and of first class. Thanks to Ed and Toni for their great ideas on upgrading rather than just refinishing and allowing some our uneducated ideas to come to fruition. Recommend these guys to anyone doing anything in a kitchen from one cupboard to a whole rip out and replace. I strongly suggest that anyone looking at kitchens meet the team at Exclusiv and make your own decisions, you wont be disappointed, rather than read rants on google. thanks P.S Toni makes the best coffee!!

Just want to give a BIG thanks to Ed and the team for all the effort put in to designing and finally installing our dream kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. We were aware that having a new kitchen can be a very stressful situation (in our case the kitchen is the centrepiece of our home). If a mistake was made here we would have to live with it for a very long time. I can safely say that we never felt more at ease. Great tradespeople and installer (Tim) went beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. Thanks to all. We will be back soon to discuss bathroom upgrades.

We stumbled upon this place after visiting many other kitchen showrooms. When we walked out after our initial meeting, we knew this was the right fit for us - the staff are so accommodating, patient and knowledgeable that we felt at ease immediately. This was our first kitchen renovation, and we must have popped into the showroom at least 20 times during the process. We never once felt anything other than welcome, looked after and cared for. As for the actual kitchen, it is simply stunning. As the centrepiece to our home, it has completely changed how the space feels, and is luxurious while also being extremely comfortable to use. We have renovated other parts of our home as well, but it is nearly impossible to drag people away from the kitchen when they've seen it! The soft closing is amazing, the handleless sections are perfect, the design process was awesome - we really can't say enough good things about this company and their workmanship. The associated tradespeople with Exclusiv Kitchens were also superb, which speaks volumes as to Ed and his team's character. You very rarely come across people like this, and we feel very lucky to have found them.
