I don't understand the poor reviews. The sales assistants were brilliant..the furniture is unique and it's was delivered promptly. Couldn't recommend them enough

Purchased a $200 dollar side table
The item didn't quite work so wanted to exchange for a $700 Buffett
Was told that this was not store policy

As a business you would think they would prefer the additional $500 dollars and a happy customer - I guess not

Conclusion: Pick your piece carefully I will never return to Eureka

I found Eureka Street Furniture extremely bad. They have lied to get a sale and then will not back up their service. Show you something but try to deliver faulty goods. I would not recommend them.
