I was advised to take two versions of repair part for creepy crawley and to bring the incorrect one back later for a refund. I did this then they said they would not refund the incorrect one and I could only get a store credit ?? I have never returned to this store. Very poor service.

Some staff can be helpful but oversell you chemicals based on best guess. Don’t like it if you buy expensive equipment elsewhere for cheaper.

Went there about 2 years ago, the man was rude I haven't been back until today and told they don't sell liquid chlorine, what pool shop doesn't sell chlorine, looks more like a gift shop, will never go back or recommend it to any of my friends.

Highly recommend Bayside Poolmart Victoria Point! Staff are always so helpful and friendly, and provide amazing advice on my pool and spa! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff at Bayside Poolmart helped me with revamping my pool equipment. I have had a new pump installed, the media in my filter changed to glass and a new cell on my chlorinator, my pool has never looked so good. Maintenance is so much easier .... Thanks heaps for all your help, I'll be back.
