Thoroughly disappointed with the Victoria Point Cheesecake Shop today, after waiting for 4 days for them to confirmation call, my wife called them today to enquire on how our daughters 1st birthday cake was coming along.

It was then made apparent that the order was never handed along to the relevant person so therefore nothing was being done about her cake. 

Further to the disappointment the quoted price we were given was apparently not correct and it would be costing another third more for this cake to be made. 

I understand mistakes happen, but an order not being correctly placed and a price not being correctly given is unacceptable.

We have purchased engagement, baby shower, special occasion and numerous birthday cakes in the past from this store for which there will be no more purchases in the future as there was no willingness to resolve their mistakes for which we played no part.

Buy cakes here regularly, the service is fabulous! The cakes are just something else. A cake shop that never disappoints!
