Good store, pretty much the ideal pet shop. The reason why I only gave 3 stars was because of the pricing.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Convenient location with good selection of products. Would be 5 but can be more expensive than some other pet stores.

Pet & people friendly staff. Rspca pets. Carry foods & toys, etc for large range of pets: amphibians, fish, avian (including pet chooks), reptiles & mammals.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I have been going there to buy food and other products for our dog and two cats since they've opened.   All advice I have been given has been genuinely good and helped me a lot. Also recently we tried the grooming service for our border collie and I have been very impressed with how well they look after her. Her last visit was yesterday and she's just looking amazing. Highly recommend the grooming there. It's been quite a bit of a hit and miss with grooming for her but petbarn has been the best.
