Story

OUR HOURS ARE
Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Thursday until 7pm
Saturday 8.30am-4pm
Sunday 9am-3pm


Exotiques & Birds of Paradise is a Independent Family owned Local Business. Opened in 2002 by the Foxover Family who have lived in the Redlands since 1978.
We pride ourselves on good old fashioned service. Being an independent business we are able to cater to customers needs and order in products if we don't have them on hand.
We moved to a new premisis in 2014 which has better parking and a lot easier to get to.
We still sell Birds, Guinea Pigs, Fish and Hermit Crabs and work in conjunction with Kitten Kapers Rescue on rehoming KIttens and Cats.
In 2012 we opened a sister store, Redlands Produce at Thornlands to cater for the market of more produce lines including Horses, Cattle and Sheep to name a few along with dog and cat foods.

Best Pet Shop by far , I have worked in this industry along time ago and, up until now I have not found a decent Pet Shop. The staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help you. All the girls are great and Jim is as well. I have not seen any diseased animals in the shop, quite often when I go in they staff have birds hanging off their shoulders. The Shop is very neat, clean doesn't smell and, is well stocked. The staff is a credit to the owner.

Great store, educated friendly staff. This store is a pleasure to shop in, well stocked and reasonably priced. Their sister store is Redlands Produce in Thornlands which is equally nice. It's lovely to visit a store where the staff know what they are talking about and are happy to help straight away.
