I have had such a bad experience I'll be going elsewhere moving forward. Waited nearly 45 minutes instore for the chemist to tell me they couldn't fill the script.nSeriously disappointed that stock check was not done when I handed in the script 45 minutes earlier.
Too much junk quality in the tool section. Elsewhere an excellent range for home and garden. Staff can be hard to find but are most helpful
I have been a returning customer here for over 10 years now, and within these years I have been blessed to be served by a lovely lady named Ricci, who has not only provided such exquisite service with recommendations for my needs, but also having such a down to earth lovely personality. I just wish to thank her for all her professional help, and look forward for many more years to come.
As someone who has to visit the store regularly, for medications for my family, it has been a pleasure since moving to the Victoria Point Chemist Warehouse. I use the app to place orders to dispense medications, announce myself when I arrive usually an hour or so later, grab my few household and personal care items, then the meds and I'm done.nnWhenever there is a new medication I have to go in to get the barcode scanned, because the escript link doesn't fully load it into the app. The pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful. the signed and segmented parts of the counters make it clear where to go and whose turn it is, removing any anxiety about in-store expected behaviour or how to get seen to quickly so I can get on with the rest of my day.nnThanks team!
I am a regular in this store and last week had several scripts filled including a new one, which was a schedule 8 drug and there was no counseling whatsoever, the pharmacist didn’t even come to the front counter. NOT GOOD !nThis store is far to small for the volume of traffic it has, they really need bigger premises with wider isles. The staff are more often than not unhelpful and disinterested in doing their Job properly. They don’t smile they don’t make eye contact and are more interested in talking about their personal life.
