I was made to feel humiliated in store when I requested a price match, despite their own policy stating 10% off a competitor’s price if the store is in the same state. The staff member scoffed at me, spoke down to me, and claimed they would “do it as a one-off” because they “don’t actually price match.” When I showed them the policy online, they ignored it and mocked me in front of other customers waiting in line.nnTo make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service to lodge a complaint about this treatment, my messages were ignored. Overall, it was an extremely unprofessional and embarrassing experience.
Pretty good, went in to get some meds for some personal issues. Staff are very polite and nice but I think it’d be good to have a female pharmacist on as it was awkward talking to a male. if not a female pharmacist, just a female to run through the questions. the man was nice and understanding i was just uncomfortable sharing that information with a male stranger. will still be my go to pharmacy though

They actually had the hair mixing bowls and application brushes that weren't in stock at the other outlets. They also have a large essential oils collection now.
I am a regular in this store and last week had several scripts filled including a new one, which was a schedule 8 drug and there was no counseling whatsoever, the pharmacist didn’t even come to the front counter. NOT GOOD !nThis store is far to small for the volume of traffic it has, they really need bigger premises with wider isles. The staff are more often than not unhelpful and disinterested in doing their Job properly. They don’t smile they don’t make eye contact and are more interested in talking about their personal life.
