Easy parking here. Generally a 100m walk to the shop but front stalls, especially at 6pm when you forgot that ingredient for dinner. Love Aldi and how fresh their fruit and vegetables are. Been shopping at Aldi for years and it's my first go to shop. I'd rather srive 8klms and pend for dollars in fuel and get their savings and quality than the Woolies only 500mtrs away. Staff super nice too. Great job!!
I went to Aldi early today at Victoria Point, QLD. When I got home after unpacking my groceries, I couldn’t find the mozzarella cheese shredded, 500g I bought. My complaint is that there is no way I can call to speak to anyone in the store. I just want to find out if it was handed back by someone behind the checkout or if it was turned over to any of the staff so I can drive back to pick the item. But if I can’t get someone to talk with in this regard I could be wasting time. My complaint is why there is no contact number of a locals Aldi stores. Aldi please provide contact number for each location.
I love Aldi and always buy my weekly groceries here. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because their baby carts are too dirty, I even complained once to a manager but nothing has been done after several weeks unfortunately.
I would like to praise a your male staff member by the name of Kaden. He helped me today with my card on my phone that was not working. He did a great job helping me and was kind, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Karen I hope they give you a pay rise.
I had the pleasure of being served by Olivia while i was with my grandma who has limited mobility, she was extremely accommodating to my grandmas needs, she helped pack the cart and lifting any heavy items, i am extremely grateful to Olivia for the kindness she showed to us both and also gave us quite a laugh! Quite hard to find cashiers that are so dedicated to good service these days, Olivia went above and beyond and I am excited to be served by her again!
