Slow service, often gets orders wrong. They don’t want you as a walk in customer. If you don’t go through the drive through they will take forever and make you wish you had used the drive through.
I would just like to say that Kenny from Zaraffas Victoria Point that his customer service at 8.20 this morning was absolutely amazing his kind Curtis is manner in which he served us was absolutely exceptional.
Got two Iced drinks. One had the wrong topping and the staff ripped it from my hands rudely to go and fix it. The other one at first taste tasted as if they’d added a huge big dollop of Greek yoghurt in it. A second sip and we realised it was just off milk.
Great coffee and cakes, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.
The food was really good came out fast and hot my favourite dish is the chicken and cheese ciabatta
Best Zarraffas I’ve been to and luckily for me it’s my local! Staff are always awesome, the coffee is always good and they do little things like other stores don’t like shake up my ice late before they give it to me so it’s already mixed! Plus they don’t use those terrible paper straws.

Disappointment with walk-in customer service. Have used the drive thru previously and had no problems. This time I had to walk in for service due to a variety of reasons. Felt totally put last as a valued customer. Was not acknowledged as I stood waiting to be served. Only client there at that point. By the time I got served there were two other customers standing behind me. Served by young lady with a Moon Phase Tattoo on her forearm who was 'yelling' out to another worker about something. She smiled and asked for my order at least I got a smile. Started giving my order and suddenly she starts yelling down the corridor at another worker. Honestly this is so unprofessional. I had no idea what she heard with my order and was totally disconcerted by this behaviour. I understand it might be a very busy cafe but the unprofessional customer service leaves something to be desired. Even though the young woman did not repeat my order back to me, instead taking my payment and very quickly without thanks or even a second glance hurried off down to the corridor probably to yell at someone else, they still managed to get my very large and substantial order correct. It will be the last time I go to Zarraffa's Victoria Point. Thankfully my own local Zarraffa's have better customer service and their staff well trained to take care of the people in front of them including each other.
Great service and coffee here, 95% of the time the coffee is great on the odd occasion - like today - it wasn't up to scratch, but this happens very rarely. It's my favourite coffee place in The Bay.
