I went to Bunnings VP today and Regina from Building helped me. She was knowledgeable and was able to find what I needed. She was very kind too. I went out feeling so relieved to find what I needed and was happy. It's so great to see more women working in the Building department who are knowledgeable and handy with tools to help old ladies like me. Big thanks to Regina. You're a 5 star ***** lady :

So after being told by Loganholme Bunnings that Victoria point will have the stock I was looking for & also checked the website off I travelled. Well guess what, they do not have it either. The nice gentleman from the paint shop apologised. The girl in the paint shop just kept repeating herself that we don’t sell it. I asked them why is it on your website to which she replied it’s a discontinued line . Her condescending attitude had me shaking my head . I don’t abuse retail staff, but when I’m a customer I expect a better experience. Update the Websites Bunnings that’s what it’s for.
Crystal is amazing! She goes above and beyond and helped us out on the weekend with our outdoor lounge stuff up. We ended up with a great purchase and a great price. Thanks Crystal! Olivia and Tom
