Shop has an impressive selection of models on the floor - including some of the top mountain bikes that are super hard to find. Dave the owner went above and beyond helping us with 2 bikes. After sales service and support has been exceptional. It's my first foray into Trek and so far it's been a real eye opener. Not only has Rival Bikes been great to work with, the bikes themselves are amazing!
The guys at Rival bikes Wynnum are the guys to buy your bikes from this is my second new road bike purchase at this shop, I live on the Gold Coast and buy through this shop because of there friendly staff and great knowledge nothing is too hard and they don't try and push you into buying a bike that is not right for you. Dave and the team at rival bikes thank you.

Dave was very helpful in providing the information that I need for my MTB Trek X-Calibre 8 which are easy to understand and knowing from someone who have a very wide experience in biking. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly as well. Will definitely recommend this bike store.

The team at Rival Bikes were excellent to deal with. Their communication was great and their advice was on point. They got me rolling on beautiful 2022 Trek Madone SL7, built it up as soon as they got it in store and got my set up just right. As a dedicated Trek dealer, Rival Bikes have a great relationship with Trek Australia and were able to provide comfort around service and Trek’s frame warranty. Thoroughly enjoyed the customer experience and looking forward to getting some km’s down range. Would highly recommend Rival Bikes.

Very helpful and upfront with estimated costs to provide a quick check of a bike I bought second hand for my son. They picked up straight away that the bike had a crooked chain and showed me the evidence to support this. I will definitely return for any other maintenance required.
