Confused, ..... rang up to ask if they carried a particular brand of tyre, Maxxis Re-fuse only to get told that this tyre which I use and many friends do also, as a training tyre was rubbish. He knew better and that my opinion didn't matter, as he "had a degree''. ..... Well, I hope your degree gets you more sales than your customer service skills will get you, as I won't be buying anything from you. I asked if you carried the item, I didn't ask for a lecture.
