I have visited many stores around Brisbane city but the customer service and advises provided at 99bikes Windsor store especially from Mr Jeremiah were great and highly professional in order to choose the right bike with the right size and accessories required! Thank you!

Bike serviced by Robbie with a fair amount of work with new cassette, chain, tyres etc. Robbie was very professional and knowledgeable with suggestions and work done was faultless. Very happy.

I took my bike to get repaired and the service was excellent. The gentleman who served us was professional, fast and helpful. He suggested some other solutions which we took on board. We joined the 99 club for $5 and saved money also. Really enjoyed the experience. Well done and thank you.
