These guys are wonderful. I got my bike with them, and I was a bit slack so I didn't service it AT ALL in almost 2 years. When I got a flat tire and got it back to 99 bikes to service it, it took one day for them to replace the tube plus do the bike servicing, replace the brakes and leave it nice and shiny. It's so smooth now, running like new, it was not very costly, and the guys at the shop were very friendly and helpful. :)

The best bike shop in the CBD. Huge range, low prices, friendly staff. The mechanics have the know-how and give the right advice. Beats buying online anyday, will definately be back.

Highly recommend this store. Best customer service that I have experienced from a cycling shop. Also, the best prices in Brissy. Steve was such a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a drama for Steve and he was very helpful with my bike purchase and the cycling extras. If you want true class & professionalism, go see Steve & the 99 Bikes crew in the CBD.

Great place to rent a bike for a ride around Brisbane. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bonus, they are one of the few shops open Sundays.
