Their service is half the price of most other shops and it's twice as fast. But more importantly they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to get you back on the road. Genuine people who treat you as such, not like many bike shops who seem inconvenienced by having to service your bike. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Wish I knew about them sooner.

Craig from the shop has been really helpful, promptly response provide all the information I asked about the product. Posted the bag on the day I purchased to make sure I could get it on time. I am definitely a happy customer!

Had a set of wheels built here to a very specific build. It took a while - mostly because I didn't want to compromise on a part and the smaller US based supplier was super slow delivering - but the final result was (and still is) a damn fine set of wheels. About 9K km later on rough urban Brisbane streets and they're still *mostly* true. I will be back again. And so should you.
