Loretta - the Store Mgr, has just given us me and my friend Liz the best afternoons shopping experience I've had in years. We had so much fun trying on so many outfits and accessories - which is such a rare thing for girls our size and in the UK we have nothing that rivals this wonderful shop and the excellent customer service you've provided. I think Loretta needs to be made assistant of the year, she's amazing - a very highly prized employee wish we had this fabulous store in the UK.
I had the most wonderful experience shopping at Taking Shape at Myer in the Brisbane CBD today. I received the most impeccable customer service from a genuinely lovely lady named, Helen. She was truly amazing. Extremely helpful in every possible way. I was having a bit of trouble with over heating trying on clothes at one point, only to have her present me with a fresh bottle of water. Just so incredibly thoughtful and considerate. I greatly appreciated her kind and understanding gesture. Bless her!!! What an incredible Angel lady. It can be challenging trying on plus size clothes at times and I have to commend Helen for making me feel so comfortable and well looked after. Honestly, Helen today gave me the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you for making my shopping experience such a pleasure. I very much look forward to shopping with you again. This store has a great variety of women's clothing up to size 24. This is a clearance store, for the previous season's stock, and great bargains can be found.. but, it also has their current catalogue stock in the boutique in section at the back of the store. Things here are full price.
