Been going to this store and the Mount Gravatt one for a long rime now.  From reading the reviews the person people have had issues with is certainly not there now. I had brilliant patient service today and walked away extremely happy with new jeans and a shirt. Brilliant warm service. Will keep coming back :)

Visited for first time today after RM Williams in the city no longer have XB sizes. The service and range was excellent and they even offered to arrange a shirt I liked, but was not stocked in my size, from another of their stores for me to collect later. Will definitely shop here again.

I might give them 4 stars due to the fact that prices are on a expensive side,but I was quite happy with the service provided at this store. Gentleman that was in the shop on the day, with a female assistant,was very helpful and went out of his way to make my experience enjoyable. I hate shopping for clothing and it takes me long time to try out and make a decision to by something,but he never showed any disinterest or signs of irritation with me. He went several times downstairs to look for a pants  and shirts that would suit my height and my liking.  As far as range...there is something for everyone but not as classy as I imagined.
It very hard to find clothing for tall and 3Xl and above for men and I guess  this type of stores is what we need but also in the same hand not to pump the prices so that nobody wants to come in and buy a thing or two.

Re your George Street store. This was our 1st and last visit to your store. The 2 female staff members were the most disinterested, unhelpful , rude women we have come across in  a very long time. Based on our experience we would not and could not recommend you to anyone else which is such a shame as you had been recommended to us, sometime ago.  Have you changed staff recently? Perhaps some training in service and manners would be appropriate.
