We had the pleasure of being served by Bernadette today. She was an absolute delight: knew the look that suited my husband, offered styling tips and provided a nice range to complete the outfit for an upcoming wedding. Tarocash have chosen their staff very well by picking Bernadette as she is asset to the company. We also came away with the whole outfit and not just the shirt that we initially intended purchasing! Clothing is nice however the customer service was terrible. one woman questioned weather I could afford anything in store as if it was actually expensive. not wasting my money here again

Went to store on my lunch break, they were closed for an hour for lunch ‍, was only going to the store as one of the stickers on the front of a tee I purchased wont come off

This will be the 5th time I've tried to go in store and each time there is a back in 10 minutes sign I've waited around up to 30mins each time and still no staff to be seen.
