2 stars: - your dresses are amazing BUT - worst customer service ever, no one offered support since iwas not dressed "fancy". The first time I visited with my big Hermes bag, I was welcomed much more warmly and offered immediate assistance. Man it's not because you look chill that you don't have the $$$ in your bank account. I will probably buy online or consider other shops than this one. Funny to mention: I went to the outlet in Harbour town and I met the sweetest sales assistant! They went above and being to find my sizes or alternatives.
A great place for formal dresses and picking up that tricky cocktail dress. I recommend looking online first as that has exactly what the store holds. Sizes are really accurate and consistent but definately try on or measure if you can before ordering however the store is a great support to online service with both swapping and sorting out anything you need. Items I have purchased have lasted very well and the dresses are well made and designed.
Thank you to sweet baby angel Brooke from this store who is always so kind and attentive every time I visit which is often!. It’s the genuine sincerity of her service that makes me want to keep coming back time and time again. Thank you Brooke - keep being you, sunshine!

The customer service here was stellar. I'll come back to the Wintergarden store over my closer to home store simply because of this. You should be very proud of the ladies you have here.
I love the clothes at sheike. always a great place to go if you need an outfit for a wedding or event. the staff are really helpful and will grab you other sizes and styles to try on. I’m just unsure if the clothes are ethically made.
Cute dresses, interesting thing here is the sales will ask abt your name as what Starbucks coffee did… so that they can call your name and check how you are doing…

I was so impressed with the staff today at Sheike Mount Gravatt store. They were so helpful showing me a variety of clothes that would suit my function and how to wear them. Such beautiful ladies!! And a big thank you
I always go to Sheike Wintergarden to buy outfits for all of my events and the customer service is second to none. The girls are really helpful and friendly and go above and beyond. However think twice/three times before you purchase an item because if you go to return it, the girls are probably the rudest you will come across in the retail industry and I have had this experience twice. They will try to find any reason for which an item cannot be refunded or a credit note given, even when you just have a change of mind. Other than to spend the credit I have, I will never visit this store again.
