The quality of their $600 suits is decent. The fit is about what you'd expect from a $600 off the rack suit - good, but not great. However, I get consistently bad service at this store. Either no one bothers to approach me or, once they do, they're not very helpful. Not only do I notice it with myself, but I have also seen other customers get noticeably frustrated at the lack of service, so it seems that poor service is a pretty consistent practice here. There were also some very inappropriate conversations had within earshot of me during my last visit (I heard the c-word dropped at least 5 times) and the staff are more interested in socialising with each other than helping customers. I was also told at checkout that some alterations would be done to the suit within 24 hours, only to be told later (when I called them 24 hours later to see if the suit was ready for collection) that it would take a few days. Some training in both customer service and suiting would go a very long way. If you can go elsewhere for a similar quality suit for a similar price, do.
