Electric Bikes Brisbane

I took a bike bought elsewhere into the team at Electric Bikes, hoping maybe they could help. They went above and beyond, and got my sons bike going perfectly. They're the most courteous and helpful bike store ever. Incredibly knowledgeable and happy to explain issues and give helpful advice. Very fast service and well priced. I could not be happier with the staff, and the entire experience. Thankyou

I was 'window shopping' for a friend. Jill was extremely accommodating with all my questions. I also witnessed great customer-focused interactions while I was in their shop. If you are in the market for a electric-assist bike, look no further than these guys!!

Re Kalkhoff Integral electric motor noises Just a few words to congratulate you on repairing my bike . Your technical knowledge and ability to diagnose problems with my bike was excellent. The company I purchased the bike from spent over 12 months trying to fix the problem but never could. I have been riding the bike for over 50 kilometrs now and there are no more noises coming from the electric assist motor. Its all good thanks to Rio and the team at Electric Bikes Brisbane.

I bought a 2016 haibike xduro allmtnrc and it's the most amazing bike I've ever ridden. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely will be purchasing another one in a few years.

I don't normally post reviews but I feel that this is well deserved. I have just had the pleasure of having my bike repaired by Nick and his team at Electric Bikes Brisbane (EBB). Following a shocking display of poor customer support and abuse from the retail outlet I purchased the bike from on the Sunshine Coast when my electric drive unit failed, I asked EBB for their assistance. They were a breath of fresh air and bent over backwards to help me resolve my issue. They were highly professional and honest with the work they carried out and I could not recommend EBB highly enough to anyone looking to purchase an electric bike. Well done Nick, Alex and the team at EBB and keep up the great work.
