Giant

Been to Giant Brisbane a few times now since I bought my Giant Defy, with a few upgrades and a service. What can I say? Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff, and superb value. Being a relatively new cyclist naturally I have a tonne of questions, Jaaron, Matt, and Steve have been very helpful and patient in helping me out every time I have a question. Thanks fellas! Highly recommended for everyone!

I love my bike which I purchased from this store. From my initial phone enquiry right through to, and after purchasing, the service from Jaaron and staff at this shop has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable people who make you feel welcome.

Excellent store and helpful staff. The selection in stock is great; we were able to find the bikes and accessories we wanted with a quick assembly turnaround time. The tune-ups are convenient and affordable. There are locations around the city, but we keep coming back to this shop.

I want to tell a story. I had two bikes, one bike was swapped over by Gear Brisbane in West end. the bike had a problem with shifting gears and noone knew how to fix it. i took it too a few bike shops but couldn't get it fixed. so I lived with it and would try to avoid shifting to lower gears. I also had a spare bike but it had a crack on part of the frame that was glued on. I didn't know the extent of the issue until jarron from giant located it!!. but before giant brisbane, i took the bike to Brisbane lifecycle woolongabba. i asked them about the glue and they said its not an issue and did the swap over with this issue anyway. After they finished I knew I had some gearing issue and took it to bike bug woolongabba. They didn't find the issue!! they were also quite rude when i took it back. so when I took it to giant in Brisbane jarron located the issue straight away. Then i had to go back to my original bike that had the shifting issue since the other bike had a cracked frame. one week later I got my wheels stolen, i bought a new pair of wheels. then I decided to take it to giant Brisbane again and asked them to tune the gears!! to my surprise jarron fixed all the issues and more. thx soon much jarron. you restored some faith in the issues that i had with bikes and mechanics.

Went into the store for the RS sensor. The staff was helpful and easy to talk to. One of the best shopping experience I had in Brisbane
