Great service. The workshop staff is very helpful and friendly. They fix your bike and let you know what they did and they also follow up after service. Which is great. The price for service is good.

Absolutely terrible service - we came just it was closing and the guy obviously wasn’t from the sales area but didn’t even offer to get someone else or ask us to come back another day. Never had such shocking service from a shop!

I called up to find out how long it would take to replace a frayed front derailleur cable. During the phone call, I mentioned in passing that I may have misconfigured the upper and lower limits to see how much it'd cost to get that fixed. Luke was generously helpful and even gave advice for how to fix it myself. Luke's generosity alone gains a 5-star rating from me. PS: Bikebug Brisbane fixed my bike and I'm thoroughly happy with the result. I highly recommend Bikebug Brisbane.

Great service, product and price. The head mechanic, Mike, is super experienced and always exceeds my expectations. I would highly recommend Bikebug Brisbane.

Top staff. Easy to chat to and nothing ever a hassle. Prices are good. Plenty of items in store and if not in stock easy to order online with quick delivery.
