I called into the shop this morning to ask for a tool to fix the brakes on my e-bike and met Jordan who worked there. He fixed my e-bike brakes on the spot without charging me anything! Definitely recommend this shop and will take my bike there in the future. Thanks UT and Jordan! Great service.
Fantastic service, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy. Great value for money compared to other e-bikes around, also essentially paying about the same price as an entry level non electric commuter bike. Really impressed with the quality, Paul has obviously done a huge amount of research and work over the years to get a high quality product at a much more affordable price.

Great service. Paul is super friendly and not the ‘pushy’ sales type. We borrowed bikes to make sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into. We had a blast! Highly recommend
