Very welcoming and non judgemental service. Super wide range of clothing which was fairly priced and an easy and stress free swapping process. Will be a returning!

Had a look around in here and some of the clothes were fairly expensive for brands that weren’t even that quality. Besides this the range of clothes and styles featured in SWOP is amazing and you’re sure to find the perfect piece.

I am very disappointed that this store clearly doesn’t care about the environment. If they cared about the environment they would accept all clothing of value that still has the tag on it instead of vintage items. This store is about vintage snobbery only, what value could that possibly add to society other than enhance societies obsession with what they consume. Don’t be mislead by the mission here, this is no eco-store. If anyone wants this unworn pair of $160 Kookai pants, let me know, because the store didn’t want them.

Friendly staff, good place to sell clothes you don't need anymore.

High quality, and beautifully curated. Staff are lovely. SWOP and their sister store OPY are an excellent example of change for the better. Eco conscious, socially responsible.

Nice collection of clothing. Was nice to see prices were very reasonable and not bumped up because it’s “vintage”.

If you think of bringing your clothes in, especially rare designer pieces and fragile fabrics, be prepare to get your pieces back wrinkled, shoved and smashed in a bag and treated with zero respect. A 14 y/o who hasn't showered in two weeks and drinks Monster for breakfast would treat clothes with more respect. Especially staggering since on the website they say you must wash, iron and fold your clothes for them before you can hand them over because, so they claim, "presentation matters!" Also strange that multiple clothes for sale in-store had stains on them? Anyway, gotta go now to undo the mess left behind by SWOP.

I really appreciated the convenience of selling off my culled handmade wardrobe pieces, in a one day turn around timeframe, for some cash. Thank you for the stress free process.

I took in some quality Aussie brands that were new/hardly worn. After waiting an hour and a half, they offered me $16 for the entire bag of clothing because all they would accept were a pair of brand new converse.  Their website mentions they'll accept anything thats in good condition, on trend and not by a fast fashion brand. What the website doesn't say is that they won't accept anything thats not 50+ years old with shoulder pads -.-
