Story

Tom Wallace Cycles has been providing high quality bicycles, parts and accessories to the cyclists of Brisbane since 1927. Located on the corner of Lutwyche Road and Swinburne Street in Lutwyche, where it has been since the 1940s, TWC offers great local service in both sales and servicing. With experienced staff that ride the bikes we sell, we know cycling and we know Giant Bikes.

Excellent service. Accurate and knowledgeable advice. They built up a frame and groupset I purchased elsewhere and did it very well. Excellent job.

I wouldn't care if they sold the worst bikes in the world (they don't), I'd still buy my bikes from them because of the top level service I always get.  I've never had bad advice from them either.

Explained everything, good deal and took the time to troubleshoot when our bike rack wouldn't fit. The best service.
